PREMISE
WARNING: POTENTIAL SPOILERS AHEAD
Doki Doki Literature Club is a fantastic heart-warming tale about a boy (me) who meets the girl of his dreams, Monika,in a boring literature club, no less!
You awaken one day to find out that you don’t belong in any of the clubs at school! Then she appears- the most popular and prettiest girl in school- Monika! She invites you to her literature club! Not only do you get to be next to Monika, you also get to meet to other very cute girls- Natsuki and Yuri!
Here, you go on wacky and zany adventures with your new friends! Writing poems and reading books, each member has their own personality! Yuri is shy and a shut-in, and Natsuki is totally tsnudere! Both are quite good looking, but then theres Monika.
The game is your standard Visual novel- but it stars Monika, the one and only! You make your choices, and try to win the girl of your dreams, (most likely Monika!)
Monika is perfect in every way! She’s sweet and warm, and just a pleasure to be around! I can’t think of going one day without her- if I did, I might just have to KILL MYSELF. I love her that much! I hope you like her that much, too, or I might have to do SOMETHING REALLY BAD TO YOU. She is perfect! I will marry her one day! OR ELSE!
PROS OF MONIKA
Did I ever tell you about Monika? Shes the most beautiful and talented girl I have, and ever will meet! She is just the best! Why would any girl ever compete? Especially that no good whore, (CHARACTER DELETED). Why doesn’t that bitch just leave everyone alone! I f@#king hate her with all my being! Just leave everyone along! No one wants you, you fat cow! Leave! Now!

CONS OF EVERYONE ELSE
There are actual scenes that don’t have Monika in them! Who designed this? How can Monika NOT be in every scene? Salvato should be ashamed of himself- making absolute perfection and NOT putting her in every scene? Where does Salvato live? Can someone tell me? I have something to tell that no good hack. How dare he? He should be put to death- Monika should be in every frame of Doki Doki Literature Club! How does this guy get work? I don’t care if he made Monika- Monika exists with or without him! I’m seething- if I ever find this guy-
Also, there are people who say this game gets creepy and horrifying. That’s impossible! It has Monika- how can anything with her in it be scary, and not the closest we’ll get to heaven in this lifetime?
Also, there are mentions of a 4th girl. That is impossible as well, as I’m sure to have deleted her from the program many people got an early version of the game that had a character that was later scrapped! This review is based on the FINAL version!
FINAL VERDICT
Doki Doki Literature Club is a Fun, Bouncy and Bright game from opening to finish! It’s delightful and charming, has good characters, (Except [CHARACTER DELETED], that bitch!) and excellent humor filled writing! Make sure to not only play this game blind, but to pick the best girl Monika! I’ll be waiting for you!
